The HyperEdge Expert Association is a guild of:

• professional geoscientists and engineers

• experienced professionals (average 22 years) in the oil and gas industry

• explorationists, exploitationists, and downstream specialists

• data and information managers

• facilitators and multi-disciplinary team building experts

There are three levels of participation in the HyperMedia Expert Association: Visitors, Registered Consultants, and Certified Consultants.

Visitors are:

• Guests who have been invited to attend one of our regular meetings

• Potential Customers who are interested in the meeting presentation

• Anyone may maintain this level for an indefinite period of time

Registered Consultants have:

• Submitted a personal resume

• Signed off on a one page summarized resume

• Signed an Expert Network Agreement form, specifying consulting rates

• Provided three references, ideally other registered members to provide consulting backup

• Agree to the HyperMedia Consultant's Value Statement

Certified Consultants have:

• Turned in a personal mission statement

• Completed a Birkman Advanced Report

• Have a current confidentiality agreement

• Annually compiled a 100 node public HyperJournal

• Annually sell or bill $10,000 of HyperEdge Tools or consulting through HMC

Hypermedia Consultant's Value Statement:

Each Participant in the HyperMedia Expert Network will:

• 1. make our needs and a description of services, tools, and time we are willing to provide available to fellow members;

• 2. not take unfiar advantage of a fellow member of the network; and

• 3. professionally complete consulting contract to the reasonable satisfaction of each customer
