Missionary Testimony:

November 10, 1995

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Life is the greatest gift ever granted to me. I know from the testimony of the heart Jesus Christ is our Savior and our teacher. Not long ago, approximately two years ago, I, for myself, began to truly marvel at the ongoing creation of life. In the honesty of who I was and how I fit into this plan of life, great and marvelous events began to happen. The greatest of these events was the comfort found in reading The Book of Mormon. This record is a gift to us by our Heavenly Father through a heavenly messenger. It was appointed to Joseph Smith to hold the great responsibility to be instrumental in restoring The Church of Jesus Christ. The Book of Mormon is another testimony of Jesus Christ, an account of the people in a different land than our almighty King. When the book was unearthed, the keys and ordinances were administered from heaven, in order to deliver it unto the people. These are the most important and beautiful gifts that mankind can ever receive. I know that when we abide by the commandments and live Christ-like lives that we will be blessed even from heaven. I tell you that these things are true and so testify in the name of Jesus Christ, AMEN.
