The Good LFP Guide is a suite of files that are interconnected using the HTML format. They are:
Any member of staff who is regarded as providing, wholly or partly, technical work or the direct management of technical work in the following fields: Geology, Geophysics, Petrophysics.
A group of workers in a company that reside in the same building or complex of buildings.
One person within the company/corporation to whom upgrades, invoices and ammendments to the agreements will be sent.
part nor the whole of the Good LFP Guide may be edited. Those sites that have been granted licences are at liberty to copy COMPLETE VERSIONS of the Good LFP Guide as much as is required to give them the necessary speed of access on their site network. Under no circumstances can the LFP Guide be copied to anyone or accessed by or any company or any site outside those mentioned in the section Sites allowed to use this Guide
If it is decided to delete a version of the Good LFP Guide. The whole of the Good LFP Guide must be deleted. LFP Seismic Ltd. take no responsibility for broken links due to the partial deletion of the Guide.
Where there is a time limit on the license, the User, at the time of expiry, must delete all files relating to the Good LFP Guide on the computing system(s) and erase any copies held on any tangible media with the exception of copies taken as part of a larger security back-up cycle.
It is permissible to hyper-link to the Good LFP Guide with your own HTML files. The Good LFP Guide will be updated regularly and so LFP Seismic Ltd. will not take responsibility for any broken links to your own HTML files that might result.
The Licensor shall not be liable to the User for or in respect of any consequential loss of the User for or arising out of any breach of this Agreement or any error (whether negligent or not) in the provision of the Products or any services to the User. Consequential loss shall include but not be limited to loss of profit, use of goodwill (or any similar financial loss) or compensation for any damage suffered by the User arising out of the use of the Products. The Licensor's liability to the User whether rising out of any breach of this Agreement or any error (whether negligent or not) shall not in any circumstances exceed the sum or sums actually paid to The Licensor.
The Products incorporate material produced by third parties. While every effort has been made to obtain the requisite consents for the use of such material no warranty is given by the Licensor in this respect. The User's sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a claim by a third party is to require the Licensor to remove the offending material.
The User agrees and accepts that all rights to the Products and any modifications and enhancements and any manuals or other material supplied with the Products are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.
