Implemented a business accounting system and a production control department. The accounting system entailed financial statements, receivable, payables, payroll and job cost procedures. The production control department was supportive to a manufacturing facility startup operation, to achieve a $6M/month business in two years, with 63% gross profit margin and a 0.3%, lost material inventory.
Supervised principals and practices on a three shift basis, including interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, promoting and terminating of employees.
