Supervised thirty person service organization reponsible for providing world wide engineering consultation and technical positioning in the fields of drilling, completions, logging and well testing which significantly reduced costs throughout the company.

Managed seventeen person central engineering section reponsible for Conoco's world wide Marine Engineering Technical Service and Research and Development.
