2. The VETL
   • provides a state-of-the-art facility for geoscience VR research and development
   • located ideally for petroleum, medical, and aerospace collaborative projects
   • seeks funded collaborative research projects
3. VR and Virtual Seminars (sm) allow appropriate Geotechnical expertise
   • to be available when and where needed
   • to be integrated spatially and temporally
   • to minimize the barriers of time and space
