They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in W3D's product warranties. Your placement of an order from W3D constitutes your agreement these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

If you would like product and pricing information, W3D is typically available to assist you Mondays and Fridays from 8:00-5:00 CST, at 281.579.0172. For order status information or other assistance with an order you have already placed with the W3D Online Store, please use the same number and leave a message if we are not available.
The W3D Online Store is set up to sell and ship products within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipments to APO or FPO addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside the United States will have additional transaction fees and additional shipping fees. W3D takes no responsibility for shipments made outside of the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
The W3D Online Store sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. W3D reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if W3D suspects you are purchasing for resale.
W3D will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.
W3D offers certain products that may be custom-configured to your specifications, and W3D encourages you to review your order carefully. Since a custom-configured product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production. Please review W3D's return and refund policy carefully before ordering.
W3D currently accepts personal checks, business checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and wire transfers. Orders will ship once the money is deposited in W3D's bank account. W3D intends to allow you to make your purchases using Visa and MasterCard credit cards, and will implement a merchant banking account when order volume justifies it. Please read carefully our policies with respect to payment methods before you place your order.
Whether you order online or phone in your order to W3D, you may eventually be able to pay by Visa or MasterCard credit cards. When you provide W3D with your card information, W3D will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. W3D plans to implement procedures to be able to bill your credit card when you place the order, and will ship the product or provide the service as defined in the description of availability for each available purchase.
The W3D Online Store intends to be be able to accept Visa and MasterCard in the future. W3D is unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States.
When the W3D Online Store is able to accept credit card purchases, it will require the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the back of your card, on the signature panel.
The W3D Online Store accepts cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. Personal or business checks are not accepted. If you wish to pay by cashier's check or money order, you may order by phone at 281.579.0172. The cashier's check or money order must be payable to Walden 3-D, Inc. and include your web order number. Please mail your payment and a copy of your order acknowledgment to:Walden 3-D, Inc.
W3D must receive your payment within 10 calendar days or W3D will cancel your order. Please allow two business days for order processing after W3D receives your payment.
The W3D Online Store accepts bank wire transfers as a valid form of payment. If you would like to use a wire transfer to pay for your order, please follow these steps:
If your bank representative has questions, please ask him or her to contact a Chase Bank representative for W3D's account at 281.392.1502. Please allow at least two business day for the processing of your wire transfer as processing time varies among banking institutions and wire transfers can be delayed due to institution policies.
In addition to the price of your purchases, W3D will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is placed. If you phone in your order, the W3D Online Store sales representative will provide an estimated dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order was received in W3D's system will apply. The proof of purchase that W3D e-mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.
If you place your order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call the W3D Online Store at 281.579.0172, and please leave a message if no one is available to take your call. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. W3D does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.
W3D offers five convenient shipping options. Note shipment occurs after checks, cashiers checks, or wire transfers are deposited in W3D's bank account.
Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves W3D's facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond W3D's control, once your order leaves W3D's facilities, W3D cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.
Signature is required for delivery: If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that W3D is not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left W3D's warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may authorize W3D to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address.
Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to W3D as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to W3D, please contact W3D to make arrangements for reshipment.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of W3D's carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to W3D.
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time. Estimated shipment date does not include transit time. W3D does not begin payment processing until receiving all the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit cards when their use becomes available.
W3D will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Your order for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before your local time of 2:00 p.m., pending payment processing, for there to be adequate remaining time in the day for your order to be dispatched.

The W3D Online Store endeavors to offer you competitive prices for current W3D products. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. W3D reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the W3D Online Store at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear at the W3D Online Store.
Should W3D reduce its price on any shipped product within 14 calendar days of shipment, you may contact W3D Online Sales Support at 281.579.0172 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact W3D within 14 calendar days of the price change.
W3D makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by the W3D Online Store at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Lead times quoted on the checkout page are for orders that are partially shipped, meaning that items ship as soon as they are available. If you have requested a complete shipment, please add three to four additional days for transportation and order consolidation processing.
Although W3D makes every effort to ship your order according to the lead-time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead-time changes, W3D will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

W3D's limited warranty provides that, subject to the following limitations, each Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to W3D's specification for the particular Product.
By purchasing at the W3D Online Store, whether you place your order online or by telephone, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review W3D's warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them.
If you are not satisfied with your W3D purchase of a product, please call 281.579.0172 for a Return Authorization Request (RAR) within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, W3D will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the W3D warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RAR. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. W3D will assess a 10% restocking fee on any opened product packages.
Please note that W3D does not permit the return of or offer refunds for a products that is custom configured to your specifications, like a spatial resume.
NOTE: W3D recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and (2) either insure your package for safe return to W3D or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
