Best Practices Tied to Continuous Improvement

Given the Best Practice Library is on-line, and based on an expanding database, the Demming continuous improvement cycle comes into play. The required infrastructure starts with a database to store details about the skills, solutions (case histories), resources, and processes used to perform each Individual Task. Then this data needs to be made available to end-users, with tools allowing them to review comments by others and add their own annotation to the Best Practice. Typically it is Best Practice to have a moderator who reviews annotations and comments, and reguarly updates the Best Practices with the most appropriate improvements.
