| Given a spread-sheet area based GIS (Geographical Information System), it is very easy to interview a geotechnical professional and to identify where they have experience. As shown above, it is simply typing key into the cell that covers the area where they worked. Then, given this database, it is a straight forward process to identify those with experience or needing experience to assign them to projects in different parts of the county. |
