A full grown elephant is the largest and strongest of all land mammals. When threatened, the dominant member of tie group will confront the source of the danger. It will spread its ears, raise its trunk to catch a sent, kick up dust, trumpet, and charge. Fearlessly, they have been known to repeatedly thrust their tusks into Land Rover's. An elephant, in defense of its family and young, is most imposing and magnificent.
