When I was growing up Mom bought a 1928 Studebaker. Grandma Nelson lived at the 1-D blue dot in what would be the engine room of the Starship Enterprise. I remember taking Grandma Nelson for a drive in the Studebaker and watching her revert to her childhood grabing hold of the safety strap with all of her might. Working with this car was when I got the interest resulting in the purchase of the Willys Whippet many years later.
